BUILD, PAINT, PLAY!
Breach into the most popular tabletop miniature game in the world. Learn how to paint your army’s models, decorate your leader, and play fun games of epic scale! Our Warhammer 40k camp is meant to guide new players through choosing their army, building and painting their army, and playing games in the Warhammer 40k 11th edition! Campers will be working with hobby knives, tools and paint in this camp. There are risks involved and it’s recommended that campers have fine motor skills to handle these tools. Campers will be monitored by our camp counselors, but by signing up for this camp, you agree to risks involved. Playing and learning Warhammer offers kids significant cognitive, social, and creative benefits, including improved critical thinking, math skills, fine motor coordination, and engaging in a social environment. The hobby encourages patience and mental endurance through painting miniatures, fosters strategic planning, and provides a structured, collaborative, and promotes good sportsmanship that boosts confidence. Also, kids are not stuck looking upon a screen. Campers are expected to be able to read, write, do basic math and have motor skills to be able to paint and assemble miniatures. Age recommendation for this camp is 10 and up.
